12 May 2009: DSLR Remote Pro v1.7.5 released

DSLR Remote Pro v1.7.5 adds support for the Canon EOS 500D/Rebel T1i and the ability to rotate the main live view display. It also adds an option in full screen photobooth mode to reduce possible distractions for the users by only showing live view images before the first shot in the sequence.

This release is a free upgrade for all registered users who purchased a license within the last year.


11 March 2009: Photobooth updates for DSLR Remote Pro, NKRemote and PSRemote

These releases enhance the photobooth shooting mode to include the ability to play audible prompts when displaying screen images and to specify the number of copies to print. The photobooth start options have been expanded to allow the use of touchscreens or a StealthSwitch (a robust foot switch connected to the PC via USB).

14 January 2009: NKRemote v1.0 released

Breeze Systems announce the immediate availability of NKRemote 1.0; Windows based software to control Nikon DSLR cameras from a PC. Breeze Systems' highly regarded software has been used to control Canon cameras since 2001. NKRemote 1.0 is the first full release of similar software for Nikon DSLR cameras and currently supports the Nikon D3, D700, D300, D90 and D200.

Customers who have bought pre-release versions of the program (formerly known as D300 Remote and D90 Remote) will be issued a free license for NKRemote.


30 December 2008: D300 Remote v1.0 beta 2 released

This release adds support for the Nikon D90 and preliminary support for the Nikon D700 and Nikon D3. It also adds auto exposure bracketing and focus stacking.

Please note: Following user feedback and ongoing testing and development D90 Remote and D300 Remote have now been combined into a single product which can control a Nikon D300, Nikon D90, Nikon D700 or Nikon D3 camera. During beta testing the combined product will continue to be known as D300 Remote.

9 December 2008: DSLR Remote Pro v1.7.3 released

DSLR Remote Pro v1.7.3 adds a number of enhancements to photobooth shooting including auto reconnect and using the mouse buttons to start the shooting sequence. This release also fixes a problem connecting to the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XS.

26 November 2008: BreezeBrowser Pro v1.9.1 released

BreezeBrowser Pro v1.9.1 adds support for Nikon D90, Sony DSLR-A900 and Olympus E-520 raw conversion, shooting data display and focus point overlay for the Canon EOS 50D and Canon EOS 5D Mark II and support for viewing Nikon Coolpix P6000, Panasonic DMC-LX3 and Leica Digilux 4 raw files. This release also adds the ability to crop images to fit the printable area when printing full size images.
Please note that this release will display Canon EOS 50D and Canon EOS 5D Mark II raw files, but does not support raw conversion of these images.

26 November 2008: Advance warning of Euro and GBP price changes

Due to recent fluctuations in currency rates we be revising our prices in Euros and GBP on 1st December 2008. Our prices are based on the US Dollar price and recently both the Pound and the Euro have fallen significantly in value against the US Dollar. This will be partly counteracted by the UK government's decision to reduce the rate of VAT from its current level of 17.5% to 15% with effect from 1st December 2008.

There will be no change to the US Dollar prices excluding tax.

This release adds support for the Canon EOS 1000D/Rebel XS and the ability to synchronize the settings when running copies of the software on several computers.


2 October 2008: BreezeBrowser Pro v1.9 released

BreezeBrowser Pro v1.9 adds support for geo-tagging batches of raw or JPEG images with latitude, longitude and altitude data from a GPS receiver or Google Earth™. The locations of photos containing GPS latitude and longitude information can also be automatically displayed in Google Earth™ as they are browsed using BreezeBrowser Pro.

12 September 2008: Downloader Pro v2.2 released

This release adds support for loading and saving different user profiles. GPS geo-tagging now includes place name lookup using latitude and longitude data allowing the place name and country where photos were taken to be automatically added to the IPTC data as they are downloaded.

5 August 2008: DSLR Remote Pro v1.7.1 released

DSLR Remote Pro v1.7.1 adds support for the new Canon EOS 1000D/Digital Rebel XS/Kiss Digital F. The photobooth shooting mode has been enhanced to show portrait orientation live view images, image previews after taking each shot and additional printing options. The live view display has also been enhanced so that live view images can be upscaled to fill the live view window.

7 May 2008: BreezeBrowser Pro v1.8 released

This release adds support for Nikon D3, Nikon D300, Pentax K20D, Pentax K10D, Olympus E-3, Sony Alpha DSLR-A700, Canon EOS 450D/Rebel XSi and Canon PowerShot G9 raw conversion. Shooting data display for Nikon DSLRs has been improved and now include focus point overlay display for recent cameras.
This release also includes a new HTML template which uses PicLens for dynamic viewing of web galleries.

4 December 2007: DSLR Remote Pro v1.6 released

DSLR Remote Pro v1.6 adds a new photobooth shooting mode and support for Canon's new EOS-1Ds Mark III camera.

The new photobooth mode aimed at event photography takes a sequence of pictures and then automatically sends them to a printer for printing. The screen computer screen presentation has user definable images making it easy to have eye-catching graphics or corporate branding.

2 October 2007: DSLR Remote Pro v1.5 released

DSLR Remote Pro v1.5 introduces remote live view with autofocus for Canon's new EOS 40D and 1D Mark III cameras. DSLR Remote Pro v1.5 has the unique ability to autofocus the 40D and 1D Mark III from a PC using a contrast detection algorithm on the large remote live view display.

Canon EOS 1D Mark III and 40D users can use DSLR Remote Pro v1.5 to view full frame live images on a PC screen, autofocus at a distance from the camera using the remote live image, and focus manually from a PC with the mouse wheel or using the cursor keys. Fine control over focus is obtained using the large live view image and the ability to zoom to pixel level and view the magnified detail live on the PC screen. 21 June 2007: BreezeBrowser Pro v1.7 released

This release offers a host of new features including GPS template and viewing of image locations using online maps, full Windows Vista support and raw conversion for the Canon EOS-1D Mark III, Nikon D40 and Nikon D40X.
